On Andrew's field trip to Reiman Gardens he mastered rolling down the hill, with a hat on even!

Zoo trip

Andrew had a blast at the parade getting candy and watching the fire trucks, band, and tractors. We went to two music shows in the afternoon and had a blast. It was quite chilly in the evening and we had to drag out our sweatshirts and pants - could it really be July?

We went to Brushy Creek today since we all had the day off for 4th of July weekend. We had a great time. Andrew actually stayed in the boat for an hour without complaint, which was great. He even did a little fishing but got frustrated when no fish came to get his bait - takes after his momma. THen we went to the beach to build sandcastles and play in the mud. Even though the water was in the low 70's Andrew went right in - he is such a little fish. Nelson and I tried to stay out....brrrrrr
